Is Roatan Time the same as Cruise Ship Time?
Sometimes! Cruise ship itineraries are based on their “home-port” time. So, if your cruise starts in Miami, your itinerary is listed in Miami time! Roatan is always on Central Standard Time (no springing-forward or falling-back here!) During Fall/Winter, we’re the SAME time as Texas. During Spring/Summer, we’re the SAME time as Colorado.
What happens if my ship is running late, or changes date-of-arrival to Roatan?"
No problem…this happens quite often! Your tour reservation “follows” your ship. If for any reason the cruise line switches your date or time of arrival…we will be there for you! Your reservation is attached to your cruise ship’s arrival, so if you show up a day or two early (or late), we’ll still know to expect you. Don’t waste your cell phone minutes or internet time notifying us — we’ll receive notice and adjust your tour automatically!
Where do we meet you for our tour?
TOWN CENTER at the PORT OF ROATAN COXEN HOLE (RCI, NCL, MSC, TUI, Regent, Oceania, etc):
MAHOGANY BAY CRUISE CENTER (Carnival, Princess, HAL, Costa, P&O, etc):As you exit your ship, guests using local independent tours are required by Port Management to exit the port and walk over-the-hill to meet their tour guides. $2 Taxi Shuttles are available at the Port’s Transportation Center, to save the 250-yard walk. Once outside the gates and over-the-hill, look for our representatives holding CSG signs…we’ll be on the right-hand side of the road.
What should I bring along with me?
Hats, sunglasses, cash, sunscreen, directions to the tour assembly area, beach towel, camera, Bug Spray, and anything that might be excursion-specific (shoes that strap-on for ATV & Zipline, swimsuit for beach, etc.)
What types of tours do you offer on Roatán Island?

How long do the tours typically last?
Depending on the package
Ultimate go from 3.5 – 5 hours
Dynamic go from 2.5 – 4 hours

Are the tours suitable for children and seniors?
Most tour are especially the chocolate Factory, Wildlife Park, Glass Bottom Boat and the Island Tour.
Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
Yes, please book your tour with 2 days prior of arrival.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Payment is due on sight so please cancel 1 day prior to the day of arrival, please be advice that we let our guides and drivers aware of your arrival on the same day booking.
Are tours available in different languages?
Tours are available of in Spanish and English.
Is it necessary to have prior experience for activities like snorkeling or diving?
For a first-time snorkeling letting us know before hand so we can update the captain on the boat and with Diving you do have to have some courses already and other verification please contact us to know more.
Are there any safety measures and precautions in place?
Yes, safety is our first priority.
Are tours customizable or private?
Both, please contact us for any customizable with special request or book your private tour directly with any of the packages we provide.
What happens in case of bad weather?
If weather conditions are bad CSG Roatan won’t be able to do the tour activity in which we can accommodate a tour to meet the weather conditions if available.

Yes, if you’re a traveler please contact us for any special needs you may have.
How do I pay for the tour?
Tours are paid in Cash at the meeting point of CSG Roatan before the Tour start.
